CHAP. 170.—An ACT to provide for the payment of interest on the
bonds held by the Lynchburg Female Orphan Asylum.

Approved March 4, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the same rate
of interest shall be paid on the bonds held by the Lynchburg
Female asylum as is provided shall be paid on bonds held by
incorporated colleges under section twenty-two, chapter eighty
of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three: provided,
that no past-due interest accruing prior to the passage of this
act shall be paid under the provisions of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
