CHAP. 158.—JOINT RESOLUTION rescinding certain portions of
joint resolution providing for the destruction of certain bonds of the
commonwealth now in the treasury, approved February 2, 1830.

Resolved by the general assembly, That so much of the joint
resolution providing for the destruction of certain unissued
bonds now in the treasury, approved February second, eighteen
hundred and eighty, as relates to order bonds—coupon for one |
hundred dollars, from number one thousand one hundred and |
thirty-one to one thousand five hundred, both inclusive; order | .
bonds, coupon for five hundred dollars, from number four hun- ;
dred and thirty-eight to five hundred, both inclusive; and order | '
bonds, coupon for one thousand dollars, from number four |!
thousand and fifty-six to four thousand and sixty-one, both ;
inclusive, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
