CHAP. 14.—An ACT appointing certain trustees to sell and convey
the old site of the Buck-Mountain church in Albemarle county.

Approved January 24, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Rev. D. C.
T. Davis, Dr. T. A. Michie and Dr. Birckhead be appointed
trustees to sell and convey the lot of land lying near Earleys-
ville, in Albemarle county, which was formerly the site of
Buck-Mountain Episcopal church, and apply the proceeds of
such sale as the vestry of said church may direct.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
