CHAP. 133.—An ACT for the relief of Elbert S. Fugate and
James Bays.

Approved March 3, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Elbert S. Fugate and James Bays be and they are hereby
released from the payment of the fines of twenty dollars each
and the costs assessed against them in the county court of
Lee county for carrying pistols on Sunday.
