CHAP. 132.—An ACT to fix the times of holding courts in the four-
teenth judicial circuit.

Approved March 3, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts of the fourteenth judicial circuit shall here-
after be holden as follows:

In Roanoke county—on the first day of April and first day of
October.

Craig county—fifteenth day of April and fifteenth day of
October.

Floyd county—third day of May and eighteenth day of
November.

Montgomery county—tenth day of May and twenty-sixth
day of November.

Botetourt county—twenty-third day of May and twenty-
second day of October.

Giles county—seventh day of June and seventh day of
November.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewaa are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
