CHAP. 12.—An ACT to regulate the time of holding circn
of the ninth judicial circuit.

Approved January 24, 1830.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the
courts of the ninth judicial circuit shall hereafter be
the times and places hereinafter specitied. to-wit :

County of Essex—March fifteenth and September fif

County of Gloucester—April twelfth and October tw

County of King William—April first and October fir

County of King and Queen—May fifteenth and N«
fifteenth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage, and
