Chap. 72.—An ACT appropriating the sum of $16,302.46 to be used to meet the
deficit in the appropriation for the benefit of the Western State Hospital.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum of

sixteen thousand three hundred and two dollars and forty-six cents be, and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of the funds of the treasury not
otherwise appropriated, to be drawn upon the warrant of the president
or the board of directors of the Western State Hospital, to be used and
expended for the purpose of meeting the deficit in the appropriation for
lp henetit of the said State hospital.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
