Chap. 575.—An ACT to repeal an act approved March 28, 1903, entitled “an act
to.provide for changing the boundaries of wards in cities; and for increasing
or diminishing the number thereof.”

Approved December 31, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act. en-
titled “an act to provide for changing the boundaries of wards in cities
and for increasing or diminishing the number thereof,” approved March
twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and three, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
