. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sections
mty-eight hundred and forty-two, twenty-eight hundred and forty-
ee, twenty-eight hundred and forty-five, twenty-eight hundred and
ty-six, twenty-eight hundred and forty-eight, twenty-eight hundred
1 forty-nine, twenty-eight hundred and fifty, and twenty-eight hun-
d and fifty-one of the Code of Virginia be, and the same are hereby,

ealed. .
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
