Chap. 530.—An ACT to empower Samuel N. Hurst to publish new and revised
editions of his annotated pocket Code of Virginia.

Approved December 31, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Samuel N.
Hurst, attorney at law, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered
to publish on his own account and at his own cost and expense, new and
revised editions of his annotated pocket code of Virginia, the publication
of which was authorized by an act of the general assembly approved Feb-
ruary the second, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight: provided, that the
said code shal] not be larger than seven inches long by five inches wide,
and the type used shall not be larger than brevier.

2. This act shall be in force from and after April the first, nineteen
hundred and four.
