Chap. 447.—An ACT to permit persons more than nineteen years of age to
the State bar examination for a license to practice law.
Approved December 12, 1903.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any
son over nineteen years of age who has studied law for a period of
years in a law school of this State, or in the office of a practicing atto
of this State, and who is otherwise qualified to take the State aa
amination, shall be allowed to take such examination: provided,
ever, that no certificate to practice shall issue to such person a
shall have attained the age of twenty-one years.
2. This act shall be in effect from its passage.
