Chap. 324.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 9 of an act approved April
27, 1903, entitled ‘‘an act to provide for holding elections in towns for the pur-
pose of deciding upon the question of bond issue.”
Approved November 25, 1903.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section nine
of an act entitled “an act to provide for holding elections in towns for
the purpose of deciding upon the question of bond issue,” approved April
twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and three, be, and the same is hereby,
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 9. Nothing in this act shall be construed to modify, amend, or repeal
the provisions of any town charter which prescribes a different method for
ordering and holding an election or a different manner and purpose of
issuing bonds.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
