Chap. 220.—An ACT to provide for vesting in the circuit court of Albemarle
county, or the judge thereof, on and after February 1, 1904, the jurisdiction
and powers now by law vested in the county court of Albemarle county, or the
judge thereof, in relation to the Miller Manual Labor School, of Albemarle
county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all of the
urisdiction and powers now by law invested in and exercised by the
“unty court of Albemarle, or the judge thereof in vacation, over the Mil-
er Manual Labor School of Albemarle, or in connection with the gov-
‘Tmment, contro], and management thereof, be, and the same are, vested
n and conferred on the circuit court for Albemarle county, and the
udge thereof in vacation, on and after the first day of February, nine-
een hundred and four; and the compensation for ‘said duties and ser-
s shall, after the date aforesaid, be paid to the judge of the said
ircuit court of Albemarle county.
