Chap. 213.—An ACT to appropriate the sum of $7,500, or so much thereof as may
be necessary to pay the per diem mileage and other expenses of the joint com-
mittee on final revision and adjustment of the statutes.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum of
even thousand five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
ars, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneye ix the
eacury not now otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of defraying
he per diem mileage, clerical, and other necessary expenses of the joint
“mmittee on final revision and adjustment of the statutes; and the audi-
or of public accounts is hereby authorized and dirccted to pay out said
um of seven thousand five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may
© Recessary, upon a warrant, or warrants, properly and duly signed by
he chairman of said joint committee on final revision and adjustment of
he statutes.

2. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
