Chap. 827.—An ACT directing that the board of supervisors of the county of
Alleghany shall apply the read fund in the several districts to the district from
which the same is realized.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of the county of Alleghany shall apply the read fund in
the several districts to the district out of which said road fund is realized.
