Chap. 7.—An ACT to suspend the operation of section 666 of the code of 1887 as
amended and re-enacted by an act approved March 5, 1894, as amended and re.
enacted by an act approved January 29, 1896, in relation to delinquent land:
purchased in the name of the commonwealth for a period of 60 days.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section six
hundred and sixty-six of the code of Virginia of eighteen hundred anc
eighty-seven, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved Marcl
fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and as amended and re-enactec
by an act approved January twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety
six, in relation to delinquent lands purchased in the name of the com:
monwealth be, and is hereby, suspended in its operation for a period o.
sixty days from date, December fifteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety.

2. This act shall be in force from the day of its passage.
