Chap. 52.—An ACT to authorize R. O. Clarke to ereet a wharf at Pheebua, in the
county of Elizabeth City.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That R. O.
Clarke be, and is hereby, authorized to erect at Phoebus, in the county o
Elizabeth City, opposite his land on the west side of Mill ereek, a wharf.
and be subject to all laws of Virginia in governing all wharves erected
in the waters of the commonwealth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
