Chap. 414.—An ACT to compensate school trustees other than clerks in) thi
county of Cirayson.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the dis-
trict school boards of the county of Grayson may, in their discretion,
compensate the school trustees of their respective districts, other thar
the clerks of district boards, at the rate of one dollar for cach dav of
service actually rendered in “discharge of their duties as trustees, pay-
able out of the distriet school funds: provided, that no trustee as afore-
said, shall receive more than ten dollars in any one year for the afore-
suid services.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
