Chap. 351.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3192 of the code in reference
to Who may practice law in this state.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
8192 of the code of Virginia in reference to who may practice law in this
state be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 3102. Any person duly authorized and practicing as counsel or
attorney at Jaw in any state or territory of the United States or in the
District of Columbia, may practice as such in the courts of this state,
but if such person shall reside or vote in the state of Virginia he shall
pay the license prescribed by law in this state before being permitted to
practice law therein.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
