Chap. 141.—An ACT appropriating fifteen hundred dollars for the purpose of print-
ing and binding the ninety-fourth volume of the Virginia reports.

Approved January 27, 1598.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum
of fifteen hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be,
and the same is hereby, appropriated for the purpose of printing and
binding the ninety-fourth volume of the Virginia reports; and the audi-
tor of public accounts is hereby authorized to draw a warrant on the
treasurer of Virginia for the aforesaid sum of fifteen hundred dollars,
payable to the superintendent of public printing, out of any funds in the
hands of the said treasurer not otherwise appropriated.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
