1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That F. ¢
Mayhugh, formerly deputy treasurer of Fairfax, be allowed the fur
ther time of one year from the passage of this act in which to dis
train and levy for and collect any uncollected tax-bills in his hand
for the year of eighteen hundred and eighty-eight not returned de
linquent, and for which he has accounted to the state.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
