Chap. 815.—An ACT to repeal chapter 585 of the session acts of 1889~-’90, and
to revise and re-enact section 2038 of the code of 1887, so far as repealed by
same.

Approved March 8, 1894,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chap-
ter five hundred and eighty-five of the session acts of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety be, and the
same is hereby, repealed; and section twenty hundred and thirty-
eight of the code of eighteen hundred and eighty-seven is hereby
re-enacted, so far as repealed by said chapter.

2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
