Chap. 811.—An ACT for the relief of A.C. Oppenheimer, J. P. Stiff, Uriah IHar-
man, J. E. Keen and M. T. Gay, students at the University college of medi-
cine.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
act entitled an act to amend and re-enact sections seventeen hun-
dred and sixty-seven, seventeen hundred and sixty-nine, seventeen
hundred and ninety-two, and seventeen hundred and ninety-four
of chapter seventy-nine, code of Virginia, relating to the practice
of dentistry, approved March the second, eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, shall not apply to A. C. Oppenheimer, J. P. Stiff, Uriah
Harman, J. E. Keen and M. T. Gay, students now studying dentistry
at the University college of medicine, in Richmond, as to granting
temporary certificate under said act; but the president of the board
is directed to grant temporary certificate to the above-named young
men from first of April to first of October of the year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
