Chap. 80.—An ACT to amend and ae-enact section 1 of an act approved Janu-
ary 26, 1892, and entitled an act to incorporate the Richmond, Gayton and
southside railroad company.
Approved January 24, 1894,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
ichmond, Gayton and southside railroad company, chartered under
at title by an act of the general assembly, approved January
enty-sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, shall be, and ia
reby, granted an extension of two years in which to organize and
mmence its operations under said charter.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
Chap. 81—An ACT to allow George W. Jacob, F. T. Boggs and others to erect
a wharf across the waters of Occohannock creek, in Accomaccounty.
Approved January 24, 1834.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That George
. Jacob, F. T. Boggs and others be authorized to erect a wharf
ross the headwaters of Occohannock creek, above Shields’ wharf,
on the lands of the said George W. Jacob and F. T. Boggs, in the
county of Accomac, subject to all the laws of the state governing all
wharves erected in the waters of the commonwealth: provided, also,
that this act shall at all times be under the control of the general
assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
