Chap. 722. —An ACT to permit J. A. M. Whealton to erect a wharf on (
teague island, in Accomac county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, T
A. M. Whealton, of Chincoteague island, in Accomac county, t
he is hereby, authorized and permitted to erect a wharf unc
land on said Chincoteague island, with a water front a hundre
wide or less, and extending thirty feet into the channel of C!
teague bay: provided that such wharf shall not obstruct or i
free navigation in said channel: and provided, also, that th
shall be subject to amendment, modification or repeal at the pl.
of the general assembly.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
