Chap. 719.—An ACT to authorize the payment of certain bequests made in the
will of William James Cussen, late of the city of Richmond, to Denny-street
Methodist church, Fulton Baptist church and Weddell mission of the Epis-
copal church on Denny street, in Fulton, Richmond, Virginia.

Approved March 5, 18%.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
bequest of one thousand dollars to the Denny-street Methodist
church, of one thousand dollars to Fulton Baptist church, and one
thousand dollars to Wedell mission of the Episcopal church by the
will of William James Cussen, late of the city of Richmond, be, and
the same are hereby, declared valid, and it shall be lawful for Gus-
tavus Millhiser, executor of William James Cussen, deceased, to pay
such bequests to the duly-appointed trustees of said Denny-street
Methodist church, of said Fulton Baptist church, and to the trustees
controlling the property of said Weddell mission of the Episcopal
church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
