Chap. 718.—An ACT to authorize D. Mott Robertson, treasurer of Appomattox
county, to sell lands returned delinquent for the non-payment of taxes.

Approved March 5, 18%.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That D.
Mott Robertson is hereby authorized and empowered to sell all lands
returned delinquent for the non-payment of taxes in the county of
Appomattox since the year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, and
not heretofore sold.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
