Chap. 717.—An ACT allowing Louis C. Arthur, late treasurer of Bedford
county, further time for collecting uncollected taxes in Bedford county.

Approved March 5, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Louis
C. Arthur, late treasurer of Bedford county, Virginia, or any of his
deputies, be, and they are hereby, allowed two years from the pas-
sage of this act to distrain and levy for any unpaid tax-tickets in
his or their hands for which he has accounted to the proper officials
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred
and eighty-nine, eighteen hundred and ninety, eighteen hundred and
ninety-one, and eighteen hundred and ninety-two.

2. This act shall be force from its passage.
