Chap. 699.—An ACT for the relief of Charles E. B
. Approved March 5, 1894.
Whereas Charles E. Bowen, of Caroline county, Vir
ber of Thornton’s battery, army of northern Virgini
past fifteen years been paralyzed from rheumatism
consequence of exposure while in the discharge of h
totally without means of support; and whereas he i
bled and a helpless cripple in bed:
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virg
auditor of public accounts is directed to enroll the ss
Bowen on the pension list as entitled to the pension r
laws of this state to those soldiers who were tutally d
son of wounds received while in the discharge of thei
thirty dollars per annum.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
