Chap. 688.—An ACT for the relief of James T. Gallaher, of Appomattox county,
a disabled Confederate soldier.
Approved March 5, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized to place
the name of James T. Gallaher, of the county of Appomattox, on
the list of Confederate soldiers whose disabilities are partial, and
who are entitled to commutation allowed by an act of the general
assembly of Virginia approved March fifth, eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, as amended by an act approved March fifth, eighteen
hundred and ninety-two.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
