1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
court of Accomac county be, and it hereby is, empowered to author-
ize, at its discretion, the building and maintenance of a public
bridge across Messongo creek, in said county, at or near what is
known as Pipe-stave landing.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
