Chap. 677.—An ACT for relief of James W. Dillow, of Bland.
Approved March 5, 1894,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That a stay
of two years’ time from the passage of this act be, and the same is
hereby, allowed to James W. Dillow, of Bland county, upon a fine
and costs against him in Bland county court for violation of revenue
laws in eighteen hundred and: ninety-two: provided that the same
igs secured to the satisfaction of the commonwealth’s attorney of
Bland county, who is authorized to allow said time on said security
being given; but this shall be without costs against the common-
wealth.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
