Chap. 586.—An ACT for the relief of Ellen L. Barbour, of Amherst county.

Whereas from exhibits filed by Mistress Ellen L. Barbour, of Am-
herst county, marked respectively A, B, C, it appears that she is en-
titled to the relief given by law to widows of soldiers: therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if
the facts stated in said exhibits shall be satisfactorily proved before
the county court, as- provided for by the general pension act, the
auditor of public accounts is directed to list the said Ellen L. Bar-
bour for a pension equal to that of a widow of a soldier killed in the
war.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage
