Chap. 433.—An ACT for the relief of George W. Whittaker, of Giles county.

Approved February 27, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That George
W. Whittaker, of the county of Giles, be, and he is hereby, released
and discharged from the payment of a fine of one hundred and fifty
dollars, imposed by the county court at the September term, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-nine, thereof, for unlawful shooting: pro-
vided the said George W. Whittaker shall discharge all costs recov-
ered by the commonwealth against him before he is discharged from
the fine imposed by the judgment of the court against him.

2. This actshall be in force from its passage.
