Chap. 431.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 11 of an act entitled an act
to incorporate the Augusta, Highland and Alleghany railroad company, ap-
proved February 29, 189

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
leven of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Augusta, Higland
ind Alleghany railway company, approved February twenty-ninth,
ighteen hundred and ninety-two, be, and the same is hereby, amended
nd re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 11. The said company shall be required to commence the con-
truction of its said railroad within two years from the first day of
March, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and to complete the con-
truction of the main line of track between Buffalo Gap and Monte-
ey within five years thereafter; otherwise the powers, privileges and
ranchises hereby granted shall be annulled and become void.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
