Chap. 429.—An ACT to repeal sections 968, 967, 972, 978 and 978 of the code of
Virginia, as regards the powers and duties of the supervisors as to James
City county, in relation to roads and bridges.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tions nine hundred and sixty-three, nine hundred and sixty-seven,
nine hundred and seventy-two, nine hundred and seventy-three and
nine hundred and seventy-eight of the code of Virginia as regards
he powers and duties of the supervisors of James City county, in
elation to roads and bridges, be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
