Chap. 4.—JOINT RESOLUTION instructing the treasurer of Pittsylvania
county not to make sale of delinquent lands, &c.

Approved December 16, 1893.

1. Be it resolved by the senate (the house of delegates concurring),
That the treasurer of the county of Pittsylvania be, and he is hereby,
instructed not to make sale of delinquent lands at December, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-three, term of the county court, under the
provisions of section six hundred and thirty-seven of the code, but
shall adjourn said sale to the May term, eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, of said court.

2. This resolution shall be in force from its passage.
