Chap. 350.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the terms of the circuit
courts of the several counties in the twelfth judicial circuit.

Approved February 23, 18%.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
circuit courts for the several counties of the twelfth judicial circuit
shall be held at the following times in each year, to-wit: Shenandoah
county, January fifteenth, April first, September first; Clarke county,
February first, May twentieth, October twentieth; Frederick county,
March tenth, June seventh, November fifteenth; Page county, Feb-
ruary fifteenth, May first, October first; Warren county, February
twenty-fifth, May tenth, October tenth.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from the first day of January, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-five.
