Chap. 290.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved March 4, 1892, in
relation to the time for holding the courts in the fourteenth judicial circuit.
Approved February 19, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to prescribe the time for holding courts of the four-
teenth judicial circuit, approved March fourth, eighteen hundred
and ninety-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 1. That the circuit courts for the several counties in the four-
teenth judicial circuit shall be held at the following times in each
year: Botetourt county, twentieth day of January, twenty-third day
of May and twenty-second day of October; Craig county, fifteenth
day of April and fifteenth day of October; Floyd county, third day
of May and sixteenth day of November; Montgomery county, tenth
day of May and twenty-sixth day of November; Roanoke county,
first day of January, first day of April and first day of October.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
