Chap. 288.—An ACT for the relief of J. W. Rogers, of Craig county, from the
payment of a fine imposed by the county court of Alleghany county.
Approved February 19, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That J. W.
Rogers, of the county of Craig, is hereby relieved and discharged
from the payment of a fine of fifty dollars and costs imposed by the
county court of Alleghany county, at the June term thereof, eighteen
hundred any ninety, for a misdemeanor, but this relief shall not
entail any costs on the public treasury.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
