Chap. 282.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of Jefferson Wallace
Charles M. Wallace, Jr., and John D. Sadler.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia (two-third:
of both houses concurring), That the disabilities of Jefferson Wal.
lace, Charles M. Wallace, junior, and John D. Sadler, incurred unde!
clause three of section one of article three of the constitution of
Virginia, with reference to duelling, be, and the same are hereby.
removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
