Chap. 280.—An ACT to allow a pension to Ellen C. Holler, of Shenandoah
county.
Approved February 19, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Ellen
C. Holler, the widow of John H. Holler, who lost his life in conse-
quence of exposure and privation during the war in the military
service of the Confederate States, between the states, shall be en-
titled to aid under an act of the general assembly of Virginia ap-
proved March fifth, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, entitled an
act to give aid to soldiers, sailors and survivors of Virginia maimed
or disabled in the war between the states, and to widows of Virginia
soldiers, sailors and marines who lost their lives in consequence
of said war in the military service; but said Ellen C. Holler is to be
listed and paid as of the beginning of the fiscal year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-three and ninety-four. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
