Chap. 24.—An ACT to allow the late treasurer of Prince William county to col-
lect by levy certain tax bills not returned delinquent.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be lawful for W. W. Kincheloe, late treasurer of Prince William
county, to collect by levy all tax bills assessed for the years eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine
and eighteen hundred and ninety, which have not been returned de-
linquent: provided, however, that the right to collect the said tax
bills by levy shall not continue beyond one year from the passage of
this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its parsage.
