further time for collection of taxes for years 1888 and 1889, not returned de-
linquent.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shat be lawful for P. H. Bosseau, sergeant of the city of Danville
to collect, by levy, all tax-bills assessed for the years eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-eight and eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, which
fave not been returned delinquent: provided, however, that the
right to collect the said tax-bills by levy shall not continue beyond
one year from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
