Chap. 174.—An ACT for the relief of W. J. Cave, treasurer of Madison county.
Approved February 7, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That W. J.
Cave, treasurer of Madison county, be allowed the further time of
one year to distrain and levy and collect any uncollected tax-tickets
still in his hands, and not returned delinquent, for which he has
accounted to the auditor and the county authorities for the vears
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-
nine, eighteen hundred and ninety, eighteen hundred and ninety-
one and eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
