Chap. 155.—An ACT to allow Joseph T. Fudge, treasurer of Alleghany county
further time to distrain, levy and collect certain tax-tickets and license taxes
for which he has accounted to the state.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Joseph T.
Fudge,-treasurer of Alleghany county, be allowed the further time
of one year from the passage of this act in which to distrain and
levy for and collect any uncollected tax-tickets and levies in his
hands not returned delinquent and for which he has accounted
to the state, for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-eight to
eighteen hundred and ninety-two, inclusive.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
