Chap. 135.—An ACT for the relief of E. P. Buford, of Brunswick county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the au-
ditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to issue his warrant on the treasurer, payable out of any money not
herwise appropriated, in favor of E. P. Buford, for the sum of
elve dollars, being the aggregate amount of four writ-taxes im-
operly charged to the said E. P. Buford by the clerk of the circuit
urt of Brunswick county on writs of error awarded to clients of the
id E. P. Buford in felony cases by the said circuit court, and paid
the said E. P. Buford into the treasury.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
