Chap. 132.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the ninth section of an act enti-
tled an act to incorporate the Newport railroad, hotel and land-improvement
company.

Approved February 3, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
ninth section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Newport
railroad, hotel and land-improvement company, approved the fifth
day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 9. The construction of the railroad hereinbefore authorized shall
be commenced within two years and completed within five years
from the fifth day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-four.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
