Chap. 125.—An ACT to repeal an act to regulate trials by jury in cases where
the commonwealth is defendant, approved March 6, 1890.

Approved February 1, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act
of the general assembly of Virginia, approved March sixth, eighteen
hundred and ninety, entitled “an act to regulate trials by jury in
casee where the commonwealth is defendant,’ be, and the same is
hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
