Chap. 111.—An ACT giving the consent of the state of Virginia to the erection
of a building at Fortress Monroe for the use of the masons and odd-fellows
in the United States army stationed at Fortress Monroe.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
consent of the state of Virginia is hereby given to the masons and
odd fellows who are serving in the United States army at Fortress
Monroe, Virginia, to erect a building for their use upon the lands of
the United States at Fortress Monroe, Virginia, in accordance with
the joint resolution of the congress of the United States authorizing
them to erect a building.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
